Description
As product owner / UX designer I worked on WiFi speaker system Raumfeld. The system can be controlled by app or with external sources such as Spotify Connect. The app and product is highly rated by many magazines, tech blogs and test Institutions and app ratings.
As UX designer I designed the app and physical interfaces. Also the embedded UX (connection flows, setup flows, error management, sounds, power management, etc etc) were designed in my facilitation. I organised usability sessions, focus groups, surveys and organised beta-tests to get high customer-centric perspective in the highly technical environment,
As product owner I was responsible for the integration of Spotify Connect and Google Chromecast. I successfully collaborated and released their music solution into the Raumfeld system. I also worked on the creation of a new hardware generation.
