Installation of an energy system is a complex task that is performed by professionals. A misconfiguration leads to higher energy consumption and reduces comfort at home.
This app based installation tool is designed to reduce knowledge, increase efficiency while making sure no configuration mistakes occur.
I designed the main flows and structure of the app. This includes connection flows, error flows installation flows.
At the same time, the app needs to be scalable to support many devices. A set of interaction mechanism with design system was developed. This allows developers to quickly add support for new devices whilst ensuring consistency and high usability.
This app has a high volume of B2B users and has a +4 star app rating.
